Emirates REIT did its Initial Public Offering on the 8th of April 2014 on the Dubai Nasdaq. The listing was 3.5 times over-subscribed and offered USD 175 million at a share price of USD 1.36 per share.
On December 5th 2017, Emirates REIT closed a USD 400 million 5-year Sukuk with a profit rate of 5.125% per annum. The order-book of the Sukuk peaked at USD 1.1 billion and was 2.5 times over-subscribed by 90 global investors.
